Dawn breaks over the serene valley of "Benno ('67)" by gloomp. Across the ravine is some aesthetic gold, any below is a lone exit switch accompanied only by a rather unfriendly guass. The only means of access to the gold are some bounceblocks and the only ways out of the steep, minimalistic ravine are your jumping skills.

I approve of this feature. The pure gameplay structure is pretty remarkable compared to so many other maps which fail to pull it off.

I just want to say, fuck you. You have no say whether or not a map gets featured, are you a reviewer? No. You want to decide which maps do get featured? Go and apply. Leaff was made a reviewer because he can find high quality maps and write a nice review for them. If he deems it worthy of a review, it is. END OF. Nobody can say this isn't worthy of a feature; Leaff liked it, Leaff reviewed it, worthy of a feature. Don't whine because you aren't getting what you want, or because more well known authors get more features. REALITY CHECK!?!? They are well known because they produce good maps. If new authors are good enough, they will be recognised. New authors will need higher quality maps because once you've gained recognition you can make strange maps, but up until that point of fame you're going to have to work harder than everybody else.
As I've said, this is 100% feature worthy and if anybody else wants to whine about it, go tell it to southpaw who manages the reviewer roster (and will tell you to fuck off, hopefully). The reviewers were selected on a blind judging panel so I'm telling you this, all of them are worthy of the position, all of these maps are feature worthy, and stop ranting about it. Don't you think that all the well-known people had to earn their status as well-known people? If you make good maps and at least try to be somewhat active in the community, people will know who you are. While my maps aren't great, I would like to think they're at least respectable given the feedback I get, and that combined with my activity on the forums and irc is why I'm fairly well known. Also, if you comment on many maps, people will eventually return the favor.
While I agree that some people do only look at the maps of established authors, it's not a rampant disease or anything.
