Description a collab between im_bad_at_N [nmaps.net] and myself.
It started off on december afternoon and we slowly sent the data back and forth between each other.
After a breack over christmas we finally finished the flow.
Im_bad_at_N then created a tileset.
I then changed that tileset and added a few mines.
He then changed the mines and added some gold.
Then i finished off by adding some enemies.
...leaving us with this map...

and as a sub note - - HAPPY AUSRALIA DAY NUMA!!!!!!!

between the constructive criticisms on both of my new races, it looks like I'm not as good at race making as I thought...

My opinion wasn't very high to begin with either =(

Good job!

This race is generally very high in quality, with great flow and equally good aesthetics. There is only one thing that i can critisize here to be honest.

It's the gold - you should make the gold consistent (as in, the same pattern each time) and attractive. Why is the first lot of gold on a different snap to the others? Also, there is far too much of it. 18 places? You really need that much? I find that 4~8 tends to do the job nicely. 18 is just spam. Try and make the pattern a little nicer, too. Don't be afraid to get inventive!

But yeah, generally speaking, very good race. Very polished. 4/5

Great Race

I loved it and will 5ave it. Only thing i didn't like about this, and you can call me picky, was from the laser/floor guard part to the thwump. To me that part felt like it had to many jumps in such a short space and they had to be done perfectly or you die. Anyway, i shouldn't complain, i wouldn't be able to make such a good race.

The thumbnails of you're race maps are mostly unappealing to me - the thumbnail of this one, too... In full view however they look pretty good^^... The only things here that disturbed me were the doors and the 4-tile under the door switch; they felt kinda out of place :/...

Well, the gold was uncreative, but the map was fun to play and enemies worked well (most of the time :P )... Nice race overall.^^
