| Description | My first propper race map. This was fun to make!
Please take time to check it out, I would really appreciate feedback, even if it is that "seriously, this is only a 2/5 because..." sort of thing. Its quite easy, so demos shouldn't be hard to get. Enjoy guys! Oh, and congrats to jslimb for finishing N! |

Could it be!
The first race map that is actually beatable and fun! It is! 5/5! :D

This is a pretty below average race.
Immediately noticeable is the very basic tileset. It's ok, and functional, but there's nothing in the aesthetics department there. The actual flow is a little choppy too. Mainly it is the 4 tiles that you used, like near the start and the second gold patch. They just ruin the flow and you don't tend to keep the speed very much in the way that you have used them.
The three big jumps past/through the mines/past the chaingun fail because it is oh so easy to go too fast and into the mines/oneways. Usually with races, the faster the better, and faster should be possible unless there is timing involved.
I did quite like the launchpad bit, however the gold delay could have been avoided with a small tile change, and it would have flowed better, since at that point, it is a little unclear which direction to go exactly.
So yeah. . .
