Description	Some said it was a bad idea to live next to the Salisbury Construction & Excavation Co. mining site. But I rather like it here. The coal fumes drifting up through the air, the incessant whine of the drills... I've never been down into the mines, of course. I've heard they're planning to close it down; too many explosives have been left down there and they're thinking it could become dangerous. But, you never know.

You know, that is really quite an excellent rating system. Did you come up with it? I'm impressed.

I've always felt one of the greatest shortcomings of the rating system is that people didn't really know the different between, say, a 3 and a 4. I can see that sort of system fixing this problem.
