Map Data

Description another simplistic-ish map, i love making those. i wanted to submit this to zoas for the moss themed map pack but i already submitted my other map. oh well, enjoy!:)
also, i was hoping someone could tell me how to put whole mappacks into text documents so you can get all of them at the same time. i know its a long way off but i was gonna put these maps into one when i was finished.

Where are you from?

thanks man

i understand now, ill think about whether or not i should put them in a txt document and post them on the forums, thanks for the help though zoas, you rock.:D:D
I think you're referring to one additional pack like any other, no? There are many, above 450 packs in Forums, I have currently 6 or 7, you just have to put all the maps, one after another, with their correct format (( $maptitle#author#typeOrPackName#mapdata# )) for each one of them in a .txt text file. You don't necessarily need to order the maps in the txt file, because the n userlevel interface can order it or by title, author or type, but as an example, I always order also in txt so episodic.
One important thing is that you should, or is helpful, include the following line up of the whole package, &userdata=, This is so that people only have to change the title of the your pack file to 'userlevels' and replace the existent one, to work properly, and not be forced to copy all the maps in the original userlevels. You can download any of mine and see how they are made .. ;)

Also, on the matter of putting all these NUMA episodic maps in a pack, it may be a good idea, but I think almost no one does, or does not have the attention they deserve, the maps are in NUMA, and that's enough, people can play them from here. I, for example, all my maps, are episodic, but are in NUMA always, I'm not planning to put them together in a pack on the Forums, but I have them all together in a txt file, regardless of my current packs. The 'MapPack' thing is rather for side projects, special columns and such. That people may have and play whenever they want.
I hope this is helpful and understand my words! Anything you need, you know where I am .. ;)

thanks guys

yeah, though i might not bother with submitting the level to see if i can put it in yours and deep_blue's mappack, that is unless you really want me to. and thanks you guys, i was hoping that once i finish this map pack, which i know will be 99 episodes (maybe more) i can put them in a pastebin on the internet, like what other map packs do. although 99 episodes is a lot of levels, im not sure people would want to put a whole other n game campaign onto their computers, but as i said, its still a long way of and ill see what happens.

Well,

the only way I know of putting all the maps in a text document is in the "userlevels.txt". In the case that you don't know: copy the level data below the line with all the a "*"s. (get rid of all the redundant levels, and just put yours there). You can paste as many levels as you like in there, and you can access them from the "user levels" in N.

In regards to the level, I really like the tileset! :)
I mean, I think your previous attempt it's sadly out of the pack, we have received enough high quality submissions, and I think I and deep_blue must be fair and truthful and just have an episode for guests, therefore, we were thinking of just selecting the best among the best. And I mean that there is only room for a single guest episode, because there wasn't sufficient quality for two, we are just waiting for Sunset and lsudny, and to see finally what happens, but if you want, you can try again with this map that I think it's just better than your previous one... ;)

Also, If you want we can talk about the mappacks editions and how to pull out and put everything in order.. It's really simple! I can help you..
