Quirky's not a bad quality if done right.

I try to focus on a central idea/concept/theme when mapping. So it's a bit harder for me to map nowadays as apposed to my 2011 maps. Come on IRC so we can discuss this like real men.

I meant like start from scratch.

Not have the map half-made already. What you gave me is a bit too off and I really don't not like working symmetrically. I am a bit picky with collabing, even though I've done 75+ of them. I just don't see how I could improve on this.

like i said just a random experimental thing. I kind of thought it looked cool to have naned drones that shot lasers and stuff. Like you say, a "funzy" map
