-to answer myself, that bit was on the sr route only but its still good for messing about on (edited in different way to last post now)

I've since replaced that spiky thing of mines to the right of the exit, exposing more of the steeper slope which is safe to land on from high up. Not sure why I didn't notice it on the original version, not much of a problem tho (n2 version cant be changed)
