Description	This level has many steps to it The power in your house has shut down, and you cant play N anymore :( (dont ask me y your're playing N to play N) You have to get across the city and fast. The fastest way do do this is to surf the water from the water tower. Get to the other side of the city, hit the power switch, then run home. Get back upstairs to your room and you win
