It's simple.
Esentially, you've created a teleporter of sorts. When the ninja is launched from the bounceblock on the right side, he is moving so fast that he moves right over the trap doors. in one frame he is on the right side of a door, and in the next frame, he is on the left side of the door. The collision detection tests that v1.4 runs don't find anything because, technically, he never touched the door. Needless to say, this has been discovered already.
