That doen't mean it was sniped.

That just means has more 3.5's than 4's. A map can have 2 4's and 2 3.5's. give it another 3.5 and it drops it down. It's all rounded to the nearest 0.5 meaning that the 2 4's and 2 3.5's were somewhere around 3.8 rounding it up. Add the other 3.5 and the rating drops somewhere around 3.6 or 3.7 rounding it down to 3.5. If it was sniped, it would drop to something like 3 or 2.5, or, if enough ratings counter it, it can drop any amount. but considering this map doesn't have that many ratings, it is highly, highly unlikely that it was sniped, or it would've dropped significantly.

It's math. I had 4 ratings of 4, and with one rate it brought it down .5. It has to be alot lower then 4 to overpower the other 4 ratings. For instance, if you have a map with 4 ratings of 4 for instance, and it's rated somewhere close to it, say 3.5 it won't change because the number was close enough the average for it to remain rounding to 4. This didnt happen and 0 is the only rating which could do this, I think, I'm not the type to pull out a calc and chec =)
