lol, whatever, well, after you hold control and click on the frame count, it should automatically be sent to nreality

alright, so thanks to meta_ing I now know how to do it.
Firstly, make sure you're logged into the configure page on the nreality/macromedia window.
After that, click on 'user levels' and near the top left there should be a white rectangular box with a 6 digit number. Replace the 6 digit number with the maps number (in the web url) (i.e. skylines 160000)
Next, you click on the button beside it 'load numa map' after a few seconds, there should be a longer bar just below that reads 0 - level name - author - type (the same map, with a picture of it in the top left).
Click on that bar to play, everytime you beat it, it'll automatically save your run, you can keep playing because it'll save your fastest run every time.
Once you've finished playing, press 'Q' to go back to user levels page and there should now be a box in the top right, just below 'personal best' with a frame number.
Clicking that box will allow you to see the demo, and holding ctrl and clicking that box will save and submit your demo.

agreed with gladiator, my favorite parts were the laser drone guarding the gold, and the rocket. ^_^ so awsome

I have to agree, this is truly an amazing map, not necessarily flawless, because I'm sure people wont like the wait thing with the chains, but I liked everything on this map, faved for sure, ftd:
