Well...

if they hate it, they shouldn't submit it on NUMA at all - the map for yourself rule hasn't been followed.

I'm not saying it has to be good to everyone who plays it. I just hate it when people are like "oh this is complete crap; i hate it and everyone else will hate it, but I'm submitting it anyway" :p

Well if you submit a map to NUMA

you're saying "I'm confident in this map's quality enough to share it with the general public." So yeah, quality is pretty important when you submit to NUMA.
