I disagree about N artist using transparency programs and other things like that.
Some people really can make good arts. I'm also not very happy with yet another art on top of the page but complaining about it won't change a thing, so I'm not going to.

Originality is just as important when it comes to an N-art. And I've never seen a Jimi Hendrix art before.

It /is/ a little scruffy.
But we just don't see enough of Jimi Hendrix these days. I mean, what makes an n-art good is the idea as much as the execution, imo.

agree with amlt in some respects
in any case, this does look pretty cool. Although, I would like to know whatever happened to the playable/non-playable pages? This would prevent this from happening, also, I've seen much better shaded and skilled art. 3.5^

Well done in that case, but I'm pretty sure these days most N-artists use transparancy programs
And maybe I do need to lighten up, atob, it just seems every other day I visit NUMA there's an N-Art at the top of the Hot Maps page that I can't do anything with. N-Arts are cool once you've seen them once.
And, in my opinion, this is average/below average - purely because it's a copied image (transparency could've been used to make it tenfold easier to do), and it's really similar to the N-Arts that I see submitted every other day.

I do not ue any programs such as n-transparency or any of that to create my n-arts... PEROID. its cheating on my mind and cheaters are the lowest of the lowest in my opinion. (unless you said you used a program in the description) =P
n-arts (dda's too) are not a massive issue, and if your going to comlpain about it being one, do it on the n-art that was on top of the hotmaps for three straight days, not one thats been on an hour.

Action maps are rarely greatly similar
This is an N-art made entirely out of mines showing a person's face, I'm sure there are at least 500 very similar things on NUMA.
Not to mention it's really not all that hard to do something like this; all you need is a program to make your N transparant and a picture to trace from.
As I said, I'm not saying this as a means of slating im_bad_at_N, I'm just saying these maps are way too overrated.
I could claim this map is a person's face and it's been done before, but as it's an N-art I won't. Your comment about action maps being the same - when that happens people generally say things like this is basically the same as x. And to be fair that doesn't happen too often.
