oh,
it's not difficult to come up with new ideas. create flow sections! even if you can't, filler can still take you a long way, especially if you place a concept, an atmosphere, or a theme behind it. i know what you mean about lack of creativity, but creativity should not be a strain.

I'm not uninspired
My maps just take a lot longer than they used too.
I find, actually, i don't really need that much inspiration these days. My general race know-how tends to get the job done without anything more than a little avenged sevenfold for assistance.

usually go for themes at first. afterwards i look for something. i usually build a random tileset and see what looks cool. =P

Why don't you just play through some races?
If you get ideas from collabs, then you should surely get them by playing complete races.
