They were never the purpose of N, and it's unfortunate that so many users have come to judge maps on them alone; when the true beauty is in how the ninja, and the user, interact with the tiles and objects they encounter.

I thought it was good

A bit short and could have more effective enemies (but the gauss was pretty good on top, for being a gauss). I liked the flow with the four tiles included. 4 :)

but a demo all the same. eh. I feel 4 tiles in races are things to mostly be avoided and overall I found the race pretty average, and as has been said, aesthetics don't help the cause much.

i normally really dont like races, but i liked this. very effective enemies, if you dont get the route just right, they make you pay. the path was very clear-cut and easy to find, which i actually dont like much in a race, i like a more puzzle-ish race in terms of finding the right route, but thats just a preference of mine, cant please everyone. overall, good stuff, you made me enjoy a race :P
