Well, everyone has different criteria
For me, the important one is obviously how fun it is, but following that is the creativity put into it, and smaller things like cohesion and aesthetics. If it looks good and has substantially interesting gameplay, I won't mind if it isn't fun all the way through, because I feel that the author should be rewarded for innovation. Mind it still has to be mostly fun.
As for your maps, this one, I'd say yes. It kind of is in my to-feature list.
The others are /really/ close, but not quite there. They need a little more to them. Except maybe not, actually. I'm really on the fence on it.
