Very interesting changes. The starting section and the rocket section both have a nicer flow. I like the added floorguard mechanic at the bottom. The locked doors at the top look much better in this map.

Even though the gameplay in that top tunnel with the rocket is the same whether there is a rocket or not (unless you slowed down for some reason), I did prefer it without the rocket. That way it felt like being in the eye of the hurricane, a moment of calm. Depends what you wanted to convey in that section though. I'm also on the fence about the mines you added on the "ceiling" in the top left of the map. I like it both with and without mines though. I also preferred how the gauss in that area was more localized in the first version.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great map as it is. These are just some thoughts I had regarding the atmosphere after playing both versions one after the other and comparing them in a paste [paste.droni.es] to see the differences more easily. Atmosphere is very much a matter of personal taste and of your intention with the map.
