It's kind of Brttrx inspired. I hope it isn't too hard for you guys. A sub-900 frame demo should be achievable.

Do you mean an author's style? With me, I just use a particular style as a theme for the map. Generally, there is a pattern among the objects and tiles (or a recurring motif), an example being gold/mine placement. Tiles are essentially the same. Usually it's fairly uniform.

If you take Insulus by example, look at my gold/key placement. It's always in groups of five. The launchpads are grouped similarly as well. There's almost a form of symmetry in the map, when you consider the the enemies and objects.

I hope all that somehow makes sense.

i think it would of been better with 2 of the drones non homing

also im just asking but is there any order on anything like that you use with your maps?

because i try to make big flowy fun action maps but can never get it right
