rocket_thumped has been one of my favourite authors for awhile. He has a variety of styles he likes to use, and this map captures a few of them. “In The Morning of the Magicians” walks the line between race and awkward action, and results in a pleasing combination of the two. The shapes presented are largely unconnected, but the map feels like it has a unifying theme. It really is a map of different parts, both visually and in terms of gameplay, but it brings out the best from both sides of rocket_thumped. — lord_day
