Why tiles in background?
I think it could, just could, look cooler without tiles. But I don't know, I bet you thought of that too, so maybe it looks better like this :) Nicely done. 4.5aved.

yeah
ignore the snipers. not worth bothering about them - maps like this speak the rating for themselves. i tried drawing things out and then doing them in ned - but the disignes i drew turned out too complex. tribal wolf and eagle they were - im trying to simplify them coz i think they may look pretty ace.

Snipers have gone through EVERY SINGLE bitesized map of mine, and some just public, and rated 0 to knock my total rating to 3.5/5, it took me awhile to recover.
But what are you going to do? I think we all should be past complaining about it, because they'll never stop.

The shading is pretty bad, and it's especially obvious on the skull - which should have a larger occiput, by the way. Full-view shows a lot of unprofessional gaps between the mines.
Overall it looks a bit bland, to be honest. Two and a half ninjas. Don't snap my neck.

Alot of the time I draw them out on paper (see Mechtradevil?, Hybrid Theory, Reflected in Fire, Skeletal, The Power of Metal, etc....). Mostly, they start out as doodles and I wonder to myself, "hey, could I do that in NED?" and alot of the time the answer is yessiree, though not perfectly. And I actually thought out the positioning of the hand a bit. Its foreground, a bit in front of the skull. Hold your had so that the tip of your pinky is ~3 inches diagonally from your right eye and thats the intended position. Anyways, I'm glad you all like it so much :) Time to get crackin' on commenting back, I suppose :)
