There's a NaN in the level data.

It's causing one of the rocket turrets to appear outside the level, making it useless.
You can prevent NaNs from occurring by clicking outside the level data box before pressing "l" to load the data.
Other than that, I think there are too many enemies. It would work just as well with fewer.
