I used a reference image...
I did it as close as i could so blame the eye on photoshop.
also the cut off sides and lack of detail was due to potato shop too.
atob I cut out some of the background because my computer was dying from stress and it was just wird unintelligable photoshop crap from converting to two tone...

The face is outstanding, but it looks like you gave up on the rest of the image too soon which ruins the overall effect.
Shame you didn't spend longer on this, imo.
