If this is better than your first...

I do not want to see your first.

A few pointers: the "tube" feeling does not work with races much, but at least you have a clear flow. Try looking at other people's maps and see how they make their maps flow. I used this after yungerkid told me about it, and my map Mechanical was the product. It works, just try it.
