and you just add extra tiles at random places right?

also, object placement. Do you just put mines (example) were people might go and cheat? Like say in this map I try to skip the BB and hit the mines. Did you put mines there to stop cheat ability instead of putting a line of mines?

To be honest, I don't.

I make the tiles as I go along with the flow. It ends up with me making an incredibly short race sometimes though. :/
