Generally,
if you can open n v1.4, copy your level data into the box, load it, and have it play like you expect it to, then it will work if you submit it on numa. I didn't like the trap doors right in the beginning. Also, add some enemies.

The tileset, particularly the top part, is very interesting, and the map as a whole is kind of cool but.... it's kinda boring. You didn't do much with it. I'd love to see you now try to take your new editing techniques and use them in another map which uses them more effectively.
