Firstly, you've set yourself a disadvantage by limiting the room for movement to 1 space. Then you've added a bit much gold (at the end I had to slow down to collect it all 'cos there was so much!). Also, the fact that it takes an effort to kill yourself before you have gone for over 30 seconds shows that it's a tad too easy.

When you make your next map, try to give a more open area. You could cut down on the gold as well.
