I also had the same issue with the locked doors, but most of the time it worked fine.
Very innovative, but the only problem is that the tiles do not provide a good practice with the enemies.

1) Ok, it's a nice map and idea
2) At the top, the two doors cause problems, because if you go over both switches you can't go through the door
3) Don't ask people not to copy ideas. They won't copy your map, but they are free to take ideas and develop them.
4) It's not an original idea, it's been done before under different guises. Sorry.
