Its called a teleporter

and it has to do with modifying launchpad strength values.
for the side launchpad, the value modified depends on which one (see the last two values on the launchpad string) is not zero. (The one that is zero should be left alone) modify the numbered value to a higher number to pump strength of the launchpad. Vertically orientated launchpads are more sensitive to strength changes. You'll have to calculate the drag value on the ground and gravity when modifying side valued launchpads. Side launchpads need atleast a 40 or so to get through the whole map.

How did u get it so u pointed a launchpad at a wall and the ninja goes throw it? when i do exactly the same thing it doesnt work :S
