a demo is other players (or your own) completion or run-through of a map. so pyrocheese and I both have a demo where you could watch how we both solved the puzzle (or actually a simple challenge)

to watch it, load the appropriate map in Neditor... where you make maps, copy paste the numbers in the demo box to the second white box on the right. then press (3) and then (q) then (p) to watch what we did.

to tell how long a persons demo is, look at the numbers before the colon :. you know you got it right if you can tell pyro's demo is 221 frames and mine is 290 frames (meaning mines slower)
