Right from the thumbnail, Dark Sector is fantastic in just about everything it does. Let's start with those orgasmic tiles, providing a great blend of form and function. Being a jump only map, the game-play heavily relies on how those shapes flow and integrate challenges and obstacles, like the subtle gold and smart mine placement. Playing the map is as fun as looking at it. There is a distinctly balanced feel to events that rocket_thumped has given to us by being very careful with how he approached making Dark Sector. the tiles are so friggin hot i would make love to them in the snow with a pine cone in my mouth. its basically jump jump jump jump jump jump but theres a twist its a mine jumper heh heh heh heh you have lots of fun dodging the mines while also trying to climb the nicely built tileset. 3/5

very well made. It's a pity that on nreality you can still wallslide and direct your jumps off the slopes, as shown by how you can get the second lot of gold really easily.
