Sorry about that. Periodically, someone makes a bunch of account and rates every map on the first few Hot Maps pages a 0. Not much we can do, but rating aren't a measure of a maps' worth anyway. The only thing they do is allow maps to float on the Hot Maps page longer. So if someone snipes every map on the Hot Maps page, they're not changing anything at all because it's a relative measure.
