I didn't use any program, I just wrote the code in PHP.

$speed = 0;
for ($i = 0; $i < 360; ++$i)
echo '!0^396,300^^^,7,0,', $speed += 0.1, ',', $i,',200';

It's just a simple 360 times loop, nothing special.
Well you already post in my map that you know how I did it. : P
