CONFUSED PEOPLE READ
THIS IS FOR EVERYBODY WHO IS CONFUSED. The illusion is asking how long the top, horizontel line is, not the entire shape. How long the LINE the arrow is pointing to. If you open up the picture you can count with your mouse. They both clearly have 19 mines. THEY ARE THE SAME

If you simply look (or, to "prove it : count) the number of mines each has a horisontal length of, you can see that A is longer.
