ok. so

to record it, clear the "demo" box (the bottom one), and then press 1. then start playing, when you finish playing, and have pressed ~ then press 2. then copy it into the "demo data" box at the add a comment thing. then to view, clear the box in game again, copy and paste the info into, press 3, then q, then play. and watch.
