in the "peacock tail" video is beautiful

yeah

music has the right to children has this nostalgic vibe which I think is best suited with a melancholic mood and some rain in the background. the campfire headphase, however, is a rather alive record, feels like summer or something. and geogaddi is like swimming in a swamp.

guys know their atmosphere. :D
I felt like it should be there. But there was a video on youtube with BOC track, 'Peacock Tail'. Of course, there was a peacock, so I got inspired off it.

And I got into BOC only after relistening them after a year. Their tracks are very mood-dependent or something. (you have to be in right mood to love a track)

ardee

check out roygbiv, dayvan cowboy, music is math and reach for the dead. one track from each album, and pretty representative of their overall style. It may be a bit underwhelming at first (it actually took me like 2 months to get into them), but it's rewarding to listen to full albums (if you do, check out the first one!)

also, why a swan? I'm not such a huge fan of BoC so I think I don't get the reference :D

hehe

As far as my taste goes, the earlier boc is 'happier', while the latest are quite heavy. I'm more into single tracks, tho

haha

I was literally just now wondering what album of theirs I should start with

I saw BOC.

And my first thought was Blue Öyster Cult.
I wish I could do this as well.
