This map was featured on 2009-03-07

Hot Hot Feet are the best to dance on if you’re just starting out. That’s not to say that this map is easy, but it embodies the one thing I’ve most likely gained from my brief experience. Progression. Development. Succession.

For starters, the map is extremely consistent with itself, developing themes nicely as the gameplay progresses. As you scramble towards the top, the tiles thicken and the difficulty mounts as expected.

Secondly, Cerberus takes an already established idea and moulds it into something superior in every way to the original. The result: the impressive evolution of an interesting idea. Nice!

I love the tiles.

Excellent theme, inspired set up. The use of multiple enemies is handles extremely well.

I'm not a fan of the mines just to the right of the rocket, it's too sharp a difficulty spike in relation to the rest of the level.
