Map Data

Description The Purpose of this level is too help train precision jumps around Mines. I've seen some traininG levels before but this one will hopefully help you get better at maneuvering on jump blocks as well. There are 4 levels of difficulty and you can stop whenever you want. If you fall but don't hit a mine you can start at the beginning of your hall or chose to end the level at the door you last passed. The 'halls' increase in difficulty from easy (relatively), to medium, to hard, to expert. I will provide a demo soon. AGD is slightly harder than level 4 completion and anyone who gets it will be given a ded (limit, 3 people, time limit, none). Please enjoy your training at the academy.

like the name

seems professional

Well done!

Definitely a help to me, what with the low abilities I have. Now I can build them by replaying your map!

Meh.

I like it, it's just crazy tedious. 4.

I like maps that

give you the option of going deeper. Thanks for the interest on my map.
I'd be even happier, if you also rated them :D

Alas I can't comment on new maps of yours anymore, because you stopped mapping quite a while ago. That's sad. :/

This one is an extremely cool practise map, thumbs up! 4

well.

thanks for the rates.

And i love the map. Mines were actually very well placed.

4ed
It's a really good mine training map. If there was some gold to make me wish to go for next door, it would be wonderful.

Lazy first door demo:

And I have one map with a new message other than this one. I feel so missed. Anyways here's the damn AGD. I gotta do this for frustration one day so I can say I've beaten all my stupidly hard levels.

eNlightened here

Been a while NUMA. Forgot all about you. At any rate I'll figure out my password and maybe post again. If anyone ever reads this (unlikely) you can cry with/laugh at me here:
Demo Data

Thanks.

better to get to the third door than die on the fourth. I'm happy you liked it. I think I made the jump you stopped on too hard though.

i was on the fourth, but went back and ended on third
nice map, i like minejumpers
Demo Data

sure

no problem

Hmm...

I'm back. anyways the second path is really hard only if you are going for AGD as u have to avoid the exit switch which kinda sucks. But 4 4th hall completion it's fine. Really some of the jumps in the 1st one are harder than in the 2nd one so u should be good if u can do the first one. I recommend watching a demo, romaniac got a good one.

Da Guru, i've been gone for like more than a week so IDK what that was about. Please tell me if it was important.

im_bad_at_N I really appreciate u looking at my maps. I will be sure to do the same for you (this kinda goes for everyone here). I'm happy you liked it. U should know that idea was from WBC actually. He thought of it in the 'test' section. thx tho

Romaniac, that's cool, again, thx for the rates and demos.

grr

the first line is not problem but i cant even make the first jump on the second... i must be rele bad lol

didn't you want to

post something on this map [nmaps.net]???
the thing you posted in your last comment was the tileset of the hydra...(at least that's what my screen showed me..:D)

well

that was probably about the 4th time I reached the bottom, and my first finish, dont know how many goes in total though, somewhere in the 20's perhaps. . .
No fbf, I suck at doing it that way.
As a training level, its pretty good I guess. but it only gets harder near the end. And that gives me an idea thankyou :D

sweet

my vote made this a 4/5 average =D

this one looks hard

too hard for someone bad at n XD... really like the start over path on the bottom of the rof instead of just restarting th elevel 5/5

WOW O_o

Well that's how it's done folks. Thanks for the demo, I had just made a flow chart but you did several jumps quite differently. One I would consider near suicidal in the second row. Sucks you didn't get an AGD although I still consider it one. A few questions if you ever check this again:
1) What did you think of this as a training map?
2) How many times did it take to get that.
3) Any fbf? thx

completed

to the last exit
Demo Data

Nice

map 4/5, Check some of my newer ones out! I think that I am getting the hang of this!

first try, and i noobishly died
Demo Data

A bit ugly

with all the mines.
But I like it I wouldn't go for an AGD.
You should make maps more often.

NVM

It's featured. Yeah, that's the one. Anyways, based off the training, drop out whenever you want level. I think what I did with the one-ways and if you fall you have another chance to reach exit or to continue with the level was cool though. I guess other people do not agree as this is still a 2. Sorry if anyone thinks I tried to steal Sendy's idea. I will edit description.
This one is meant to be similar... but with bounce block dodging. Could you point me to his map? I believe it is the one I am thinking of, however I do not wish to scan through 400 maps.
I paused \ and then went for a drink, died on the next jump, but the demo just... cuts off?
Demo Data
3.5 down.
2/5? Seriously. Ah well, if you're gonna rate low could you please tell me what you don't like. Other wise you aren't accomplishing anything.
I put a lot of work into this one so I hope you like it. Please at least try the first room. Don't reset each time, get a feel for the jumps and then try all together. Demo soon.
