they are right its too easy here is what I'd do. Replace some of your tiles with the one-way bounce-block combo.
This will add significant interest to the map as its using objects in a different way, will free the gausses up so they can actually fire adding challenge to the map, multiply the innovations that can be made to the route encouraging high-scoring and make the map look better.
