To answer your question:

To make launch pads bounce in different velocities, you have to edit the code. I do not know the specifics, but I know you have to change the last number in the launchpad's code. Like it will say: 2^84,156,0,-1 for a launch pad facing upwards. To make it go super fast, like a teleport, change the last -1 to a... i think a -4. I do not know how to make it go super slow, though. Ask an elite mapper.
